As a Field Supervisor, your work boots will get a workout. We'd love you to be on the field 90% of the time, engaging with your teams of technicians, ensuring the successful delivery of nbn services. From coaching and mentoring crews to ensuring top-tier safety and quality standards, you'll play a key role in keeping Australia connected.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Train, mentor, and manage technicians to ensure top-tier service delivery.
n
Support new technicians, setting them up for success.
n
Coordinate work, technicians, and equipment to meet KPIs and operational targets.
n
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
n
Be the go-to person for resolving on-site issues and client escalations.
n
Conduct audits, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in technician performance.
n
Lead toolbox talks and ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols.
n

Who are we looking for:
n
n




A people leader with experience in civil or telco field work.
n
Proven leadership skills in managing field crews to deliver quality work.
n
You are someone who can think on your feet and keep jobs running smoothly.
n
A safety-first mindset who drives a strong safety culture in the field.
n
Your certifications in supervising ACM removal and Cert 3 in
Civil/Telecommunications
will be highly regarded.
n
Valid driver's licence
n
