About the Company

Our client is a well-established developer-builder with a growing presence in the residential market. With several projects currently in delivery and further opportunities in the pipeline, the business is continuing to build out its platform.

A key focus for the successful candidate will be a $500m residential development, providing the opportunity to work on a project of significant scale while also gaining exposure to other developments across the business.
n
The team operates in a practical and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on getting projects delivered. You will work alongside the General Manager and a range of external partners, including JV partners, consultants and contractors.
n
With the business continuing to expand, there is scope for the successful candidate to grow with it and step into greater responsibility over time.
n
About the Role
n
This role will see you involved across the full development process, with responsibility for driving projects from the early planning stages through to completion.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Driving projects through planning, design, approvals and delivery.
n
Tracking project costs, programmes and key milestones.
n
Coordinating consultants, contractors and project partners.
n
Managing planning matters, approvals and design development.
n
Reviewing feasibility,



budgets and project financials.
n
Managing issues and risks as they arise throughout delivery.
n
Working with the General Manager on key project decisions.
n
Assisting with the assessment and progression of future opportunities.
n
n
Experience Required
n
n
5+ years' experience in property development, preferably within residential.
n
Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
n
Experience taking residential projects through multiple stages of the development cycle.
n
Solid understanding of development feasibilities, project costs and financials.
n
Strong organisational and project management skills.
n
Comfortable dealing with consultants, contractors, JV partners and other stakeholders.
