The Role

Advise clients on significant commercial and corporate disputes, regulatory investigations, class actions, commissions, inquiries and corporate misconduct matters.

Assist with the prevention, management and resolution of disputes through litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution processes.

Work on complex, multi-party matters involving sophisticated legal and commercial issues across a diverse client base.

About You

You will ideally have three or more years' post-admission experience with broad commercial litigation experience.

Top-tier experience and training
n
Quality academic performance, with a distinction average.
n
You bring solid analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients on complex matters.

You are a motivated and collaborative lawyer who can work independently when required and thrives in a high-performing team environment.
