The Opportunity
n
We're looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our in‐house Marketing team and work across all five Mazzei Group brands.
n
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, you'll create engaging print and digital content while maintaining the unique identity of each brand. This is a varied, hands‐on role suited to a designer who enjoys moving between different projects, audiences and creative styles.

You'll also help develop practical templates and design systems that make it easier for the wider team to produce consistent, on‐brand materials.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Designing across five distinct brand identities while maintaining consistency and quality
n
Producing capability statements, tender submissions, templates, signage and event collateral
n
Creating social media assets, EDMs and website content
n
Working across platforms including HubSpot, Webflow and digital asset management systems
n
Supporting the art direction of photography, videography and broader content creation
n




Editing and repurposing existing visual content
n
Developing templates and simple systems that enable teams to self‐serve everyday marketing materials
n
Managing competing priorities across multiple brands and projects
n

About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Two to three years' experience in graphic design
n
Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite
n
Experience with Figma, Webflow and HubSpot, or the ability to learn these platforms quickly
n
A portfolio demonstrating capability across both print and digital design
n
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand consistency
n
The ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
n
A collaborative, adaptable and commercially minded approach
n
An interest in emerging AI‐enabled creative tools and recent ways of working
n
n
Experience in an in‐house design role will be highly regarded, although designers with relevant agency experience are also encouraged to apply.
