Bansal Lawyers is seeking a full-time Solicitor to join our reputable boutique law practice in Melbourne, VIC ****. In this role, you will provide high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients, advising and representing them across a broad range of legal matters.

What you'll be doing

Advising and representing clients on a range of legal matters.
n
Conducting client consultations, gathering and analysing relevant information, and providing practical legal advice.
n
Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal correspondence, agreements, court documents and other legal documentation.
n
Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings, mediations and other dispute resolution processes where required.
n
Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and case law.
n
Providing professional, empathetic and client-focused legal services.
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
n
Managing a diverse caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
n
Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure effective and effective service delivery.

What we're looking for

Admitted as a Solicitor in Victoria with 3+ years of post-admission experience.
n
Strong technical legal knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply legal principles effectively in practice.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
n
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and, where required, represent clients in court and dispute resolution proceedings.
n
Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving and legal research skills.
