About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting businesses with top talent. This role is perfect for someone who is:

People-oriented - committed to candidate attraction and retention through CV screening, site visits, and effective communication
n
Results-driven - with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs through business-to-business sales
n
Detail-focused - skilled with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting applications, and presenting job offers
n
Health & Safety conscious - with an understanding of its importance in our AWF workforce
n
Committed to excellence - passionate about recruitment and customer service, ensuring the highest level of account management for our clients
n
Hands-on and proactive - ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done

Ideally, you will have:

Proven sales experience,



ideally within recruitment or a service-based industry
n
Knowledge in the manufacturing and logistics industries
n
Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
n
Proven track record in achieving KPIs and sales targets
n
Resilience and tenacious, able to handle setbacks and thrive in tough or changing markets
n
Excellent time management skills
n
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong work ethics, driven by passion and a results-focussed mindset
