Contribute to the development, testing and continuous improvement of fire suppression products and systems
n
Conduct product verification and validation testing and prepare detailed engineering reports
n
Design and develop engineering drawings for fire suppression systems and associated components
n
Support new product development from concept through implementation
n
Participate in product testing programs, including live fire testing where required
n
Investigate product non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
n
Maintain engineering documentation and product information within Teamcenter
n
Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to support product improvements and operational efficiency
n
Contribute to sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the Fire Suppression business
n
Support the full product lifecycle from design and testing through manufacturing support and product improvement
n

Requirements
n
n
Degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
n
1 to 3 years of experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment
n
Experience using NX or similar 3D CAD software
n
Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication or sheet metal
n
Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems, or willingness to develop capability in this area
n
Solid technical communication skills,



with the ability to clearly document and explain engineering concepts
n
Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to contribute effectively within a small team environment
n
