Brand Project Coordinator/ Account Manager – 3-month contract
n
About the Role:
n
Ogilvy Sydney is looking for part-time account management support for an opportunity, supporting our client with the final stages of key brand, campaign and operational work through to the end of December ****.
n
This role would suit an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who is available to start ASAP and commit to three days per week.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate consumer testing for research projects, including materials, timelines and approvals.
n
Support new product launches through artwork coordination and administrative tasks.
n
Support media and creative implementation, completing the remaining **** deliverables and coordinating implementation of the **** plans.
n
Coordinate influencer activity, with scope to be confirmed.
n
Coordinate the rollout of e-commerce assets and website updates.
n
Maintain project trackers, timelines and deliverables across internal cross-functional teams and agency partners.
n
Follow up with stakeholders, manage competing priorities and keep projects moving across agency and client teams.
n
n
Experience & Skills:
n
n
Experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level, ideally with FMCG, beauty, integrated campaign or e-commerce experience.
n
Highly organised and proactive, with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
n
Comfortable working in a secondment-style arrangement, building relationships with both client and agency stakeholders.
n
Confident following up with stakeholders, managing timelines and keeping deliverables on track.
n
Strong attention to detail, transparent communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
