The Business Builder/Head of Operations Mission

Proven track record of growing and building businesses from start up to 50+ employees
n
Experience in rapid paced organizations
n
A++ player mentality
n
Goal of growing revenue from $75 million to $100 million by December 31st ****
n
Goal of growing managed practice transitions to $500 million by year 6
n
Ability to generate 500 qualified conversations with Practice Owners per quarter
n
Experience building growth teams
n
Ability to execute in multiple markets
n
Skilled in generating referrals from centers of influence
n
Cultivating centers of influence
n
Previous experience in social contribution initiatives
n

Responsibilities:

Build companys growth and operations into a world-class unit
n
Execute growth strategy effectively, efficiently, and scalably
n
Free the CEO from long-term and day-to-day responsibilities
n
Position can be ***** hours a week
n
Meetings will be around 3pm-7pm Sydney time
