Job Description
Kraft Heinz is seeking an Organisational Change Management Lead in Freshwater, Australia to drive the people and change agenda for a major ANZ transformation. You'll partner with senior leaders across the region to ensure readiness, adoption, and sustained perks, with SAP S/4HANA as an enabler but the role remains business-change focused.
