Job Description
ProCare Australia is urgently seeking casual Therapeutic Residential Youth Workers to join our Labour Hire pool in Springfield Lakes, QLD. You will support young people facing complex trauma within a trauma-informed framework, working with a dedicated team to deliver high‐quality care in residential settings.

Shifts include sleepovers and weekends, with a requirement for 2-3 days availability per week. Intake covers various hours with competitive hourly rates and allowances.
