The Role
n
Based in Bowral, you'll support an experienced Project Manager in the delivery of residential construction projects while working closely alongside a dedicated Contracts Administrator.
n
You'll be involved in project planning, procurement, programming, documentation, stakeholder management and project delivery, gaining valuable exposure across the full project lifecycle. This role offers a genuine development pathway and increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

We're targeting a commencement date in late October or early November ****.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support an experienced Project Manager across multiple residential projects
n
Assist with project programming, budgeting and project delivery
n
Work closely with the Contracts Administrator to coordinate procurement, trade engagement and project administration
n
Coordinate RFIs, consultant information, project documentation and reporting
n




Build strong relationships with clients, trades, consultants and internal stakeholders
n
Monitor project progress and help drive project outcomes from pre-construction through to completion
n
Assist in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges
n
n
About You
n
n
2+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Coordinator or similar role
n
Strong understanding of residential construction processes and documentation
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised
n
Keen to further develop your career in project management
n
High-end residential experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
n
