McLardy McShane Insurance Group seeks a seasoned HR Manager to embed compliant, people-centered HR practices across MMIA, MMP and Victory Funding. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead HR compliance, learning & development, and day-to-day HR operations.

You will own HRIS management, recruitment lifecycle, employee relations and incident investigations, ensuring fair, timely outcomes and audit-ready records. Australian employment law and multi-brand experience are essential.
