About the Role

Are you a hands‐on leader with a passion for people, customers, safety and business growth? We're looking for an experienced (Branch Manager based in Moorebank, NSW) to take ownership of our branch operations, drive performance, and lead a high‐performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by growing customer relationships, developing your team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service.

What You'll be Doing
n
n
Leading the day‐to‐day operations of the branch to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
n
Working closely with our Sales team to grow existing accounts, win new business and maximise opportunities.
n
Coaching, developing and motivating a high‐performing team while managing recruitment, performance and employee engagement.
n
Managing branch financial performance, reporting, inventory and fleet utilisation.
n
Overseeing workshop, yard and equipment operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
n
Championing a strong safety culture through compliance, training,
incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our commitment to improving customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in a branch, operations, service, rental, construction, industrial or related environment.
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and operational performance.
n
Exceptional customer service and relationship‐building skills.

Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.

A proactive approach to safety, problem‐solving and continuous improvement.

Strong organisational and communication skills.
