A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technician to join a Prestige Automotive brand located in Sydney's inner southern suburbs.

In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge automotive technology, featuring the latest developments in electric vehicles (EV)—both for current models and those soon to be launched. You'll play a vital part in delivering high standards, ensuring every vehicle is prepared and maintained to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Receiving recent vehicle deliveries
n
Preparing new vehicles to a level that provides the highest levels of customer satisfaction
n
Complete vehicle servicing in line with internal standards
n
Effectively diagnose and repair vehicles using a high level of technical ability and following all relevant process' and policies
n
Road test vehicles making sure the vehicle is returned to customer in the best operating condition possible
n
Support the Aftersales Manager in delivering exceptional customer experience including
n




Ability to work with internal departments with the goal to maximise customer satisfaction
n
Carryout vehicle evaluations to identify any concerns and validate repairs
n
Assist with Part operations as required
n

About You:
n
n
Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III or equivalent)
n
Experience in a dealership, OEM, or reputable service environment
n
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Experience with electric vehicles (EVs) is highly regarded
n
Current and valid Australian driver's licence
n
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident preferred)
n
