We are seeking a dedicated and qualified General Practitioner (GP) to join its collaborative team of independent practitioners and allied health professionals. Core Practice Scope:

Your practice will be broad and professionally engaging, covering essential community health needs:

General Family Medicine: Comprehensive check-ups, chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes), and general illness care.
n
Specialised Health: Dedicated Women's Health services (including family planning and Pap smears) and Children's Health (including childhood immunisations and newborn assessments).
n
Mental Health Support: Providing counselling, developing Mental Health Care Plans, and coordinating referrals to allied professionals.
n
Preventive & Diagnostic Care: Strong emphasis on diagnostics and prevention, including BP checks, travel and flu vaccinations, smoking cessation, and healthy lifestyle planning.

About you:

Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent.
n
Current and unrestricted Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
n
A strong commitment to holistic, personalized care and continuous quality improvement.
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
