What you'll be doing
n
n
Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffee, teas and specialty beverages
n
Delivering friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced café environment
n
Maintaining consistency in coffee quality, presentation and service standards
n
Supporting front of house operations and assisting with daily café service
n
Handling POS transactions accurately and efficiently
n
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
n
Assisting with stock control, restocking and monitoring supplies
n
Contributing to a positive and team-oriented team environment
n
n
Café Operating Hours:
n
n
Monday to Friday 7am-3pm
n
Weekends: 8am to 3pm
n
Occasional evening work for events
n
n
About you
n
You will be someone who thrives on creating great customer experiences and takes pride in every cup you serve.

Qualifications / Experience Essential
n
n
Previous Barista experience essential
n
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation essential
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills




n
A team player with a willingness to learn
n
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
POS system experience desirable
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
n
HLTFSE001 – Follow Basic Food Safety Practices
n
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
n
n
Requirements

Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)
n
**** Influenza vaccination
n
Must have a current valid Police National Criminal History Check
n
Aged care experience is highly regarded
