Job Description
We're looking for a Mid-Senior Social Designer who knows how to create content that actually works on social. You'll be part of a creative team developing social-first content across campaigns, platforms and formats. We're looking for someone with a strong design foundation who understands the pace, formats and visual language of social and content.

What you'll be doing
n

Creating engaging social and digital content across a range of platforms
n
Taking creative concepts and turning them into solid, social-first executions
n
Designing static, animated and short-form video content
n
Editing short-form social videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
n
Working across campaigns from initial concept through to final delivery
n
Using AI image and motion generation tools to develop and enhance creative
n
Working closely with creatives, content teams and other designers
n
Adapting and rolling out content across multiple formats and channels
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Mid-Senior level experience in social, content or digital design
n
Strong understanding of social-first design and content
n
Excellent design skills with a solid grounding in typography, layout and visual communication
n
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and After Effects
n
Confident editing short-form social video content
n
Experience using AI image and motion generation tools
n
Able to work quickly and comfortably across multiple formats and deadlines
n
Someone who can think creatively, not just execute a brief
n
A strong portfolio demonstrating social and content work
n
n
