This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to join a supportive team and play a key role in delivering exceptional parts service and customer satisfaction.
n
What you will do
n
Based in our Richlands branch, this role reports to the Parts Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers. Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service
n
Accurately complete relevant documentation including invoices and payment
n
Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
n
Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location
n
Pick and deliver parts to customers and workshop
n
Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory
n
n
Who you are
n
To thrive as a Parts Advisor, you will bring a strong background in parts within the automotive industry,
along with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
n
Key requirements:
n
n
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, automotive parts role within the automotive industry
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
A proactive and positive attitude, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving positive business outcomes
n
Sound computer skills and experience using inventory or parts management systems
n
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
n
n
