We're looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Rhodes office, 5 days a week, to help keep our operations running smoothly. You will play an important role in supporting our occupational rehabilitation team and helping us deliver responsive, high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders.
n
This chance would suit someone with administration experience in occupational rehabilitation, allied health, workers compensation or a similar service environment who understands the importance of accurate case administration, timely follow-up and effective stakeholder communication.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coordinating day to day admin and business support tasks, including meeting rooms, schedules, and correspondence.
n
Receiving, reviewing and processing new referrals
n
Managing appointment bookings, patient or client records, and follow up communications.
n
Providing friendly, professional service to colleagues and visitors.
n
Following up on tasks to keep things on track and deadlines met.
n
Handling sensitive and confidential information with care,
including patient or client records.
n
Using your tech skills in MS Office and practice management or scheduling software to support reporting, scheduling, and communication.
n
Keeping records accurate and processes running smoothly.
n
Spotting small improvements to make admin tasks easier and more efficient.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous administration experience in occupational rehabilitation, allied health, workers compensation, insurance or a related field
n
Comfortable managing patient or client information with discretion and accuracy.
n
Experience with HICAPS is highly regarded
n
Strong customer service and communication skills, including handling sensitive conversations with care.
n
Organised, detail focused, and reliable.
n
Tech savvy with confidence using MS Office and practice management systems.
n
A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others.
n
