Create and maintain scalable sales operations processes, maps, guides and playbooks.
n
Identify process gaps and coordinate practical improvements with stakeholders.
n
Maintain reporting on operational issues, themes, actions, ownership and outcomes.
n
Create, implement and manage AI agents and automated workflows.
n
Prioritise automation opportunities that improve efficiency, reporting and knowledge management.
n
Work with Technology, Data and business stakeholders to ensure AI and automation solutions are practical, accurate, fit for purpose and appropriately governed.
n
Monitor automated solutions and prepare guidance, training materials and documentation to support safe and effective adoption.
n
Coordinate CRM processes, workflows, guides and operating rhythms, including Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
n
Bring together Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Training, Product, Technology and Risk teams to clarify ownership, handoffs, approvals, reporting and escalation pathways.
n
Support improvement discussions and workshops, translating frontline feedback and business requirements into usable processes.
n
Review processes through a risk and control lens, coordinate audit and remediation actions, and own assigned key controls in line with monthly governance rhythms.
n
Create dashboards and updates highlighting process performance, control completion, automation outcomes, risks and improvement opportunities, escalating concerns appropriately.

Requirements
n
n
Experience in sales operations, business operations, enablement, process improvement, governance or operational excellence.
n
Experience creating, managing or supporting AI agents, workflow automation or digital process improvement initiatives.
n
Strong ability to create, document and maintain business processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
n
CRM management experience; Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential.
n
A sound understanding of risk, compliance, controls and audit requirements,



ideally within a regulated setting.
n
Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Training, Product, Technology and Risk teams.
n
Robust written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear process documentation, guides, reporting and stakeholder updates.
n
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Analytical mindset and ability to identify process gaps, interpret workflow issues and recommend practical solutions.
n
Confidence driving follow-up, accountability and process discipline without relying on direct authority.
n
Ability to support change adoption by making new processes practical, clear and easy for teams to follow.
n
Familiarity with AI tools and comfort using tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work, prepare reporting and tailor content quickly and effectively.
n
