Job Description
We are seeking a polished and experienced Client Services Manager to join a well-established accounting and advisory firm. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for overseeing the Client Services function, supporting Partners and professional staff, and ensuring client matters and internal workflows are managed efficiently.

The Role
n
You will take ownership of client administration, workflow coordination, billing and debtor management, while acting as the escalation point for more complex client matters. You will also supervise and develop a Client Services Officer and contribute to process improvement and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Managing complex client enquiries and administrative matters
n
Supporting Partners, accountants and advisors
n
Coordinating ATO correspondence, payment plans and regulatory administration
n
Managing billing, invoicing and debtor follow-up
n
Overseeing pre-job processes, documentation and workflow
n
Monitoring deadlines and resolving administrative bottlenecks
n
Supervising,



mentoring and developing the Client Services Officer
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and client experience
n
n
About You:
n
n
Experience in skilled services, accounting, legal, financial services or a similar environment
n
Strong client service and administrative experience
n
Previous exposure to billing, invoicing and debtor management
n
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
n
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and clients
n
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
n
Strong judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills
n
An interest in process improvement, technology and operational efficiency
n
