AO5 Projects Support & Controls Officer | Brisbane CBD | 12-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced AO5 Projects Support & Controls Officer that's a robust all-rounder who can coordinate executive-facing work, manage high-level documentation, and keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment for a 12-month assignment (with possible 12-month extension) based in Brisbane CBD.

Full-time, flexible working arrangements

Key responsibilities
n
n
Provide high-level project and business support to senior stakeholders
n
Coordinate high-level corporate documentation and processes (incl. COI, Parliamentary and Estimates-related items)
n
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
n
Draft and prepare correspondence, briefs and reports
n
Support reporting requirements and emerging priority work across the business unit
n
Use systems such as Aurion, SAP and Power BI (or similar)



to generate reports and interpret information
n
Assist with procurement and general coordination tasks as required
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Demonstrated experience in a senior executive/senior officer office environment (highly regarded)
n
Strong coordination, writing and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Confidence working with reporting tools / information systems (Aurion, SAP, Power BI or similar)
n
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure
n
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
