CURRENT VACANCIES DATES Greater Western Sydney Wednesday 30 September **** Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm • One-day locum assignment • Remuneration paid per scan • Philips ultrasound equipment • Tempo reporting system • Established private cardiology environment Northern Beaches Thursday 1 October ******:30am – 3:00pm Thursday 8 October ******:30am – 3:00pm Monday 12 October ******:00am – 4:00pm Thursday 15 October ******:30am – 3:00pm Tuesday 20 October ******:00am – 4:00pm Thursday 22 October ******:30am – 3:00pm Tuesday 27 October ******:00am – 4:00pm Thursday 29 October ******:30am – 3:00pm These locum opportunities require experienced Cardiac Sonographers who can work confidently within a private cardiology workplace.
Depending on the shift, duties include: • Resting echocardiography • Stress echocardiography • Echo reporting • GE ultrasound equipment • Syngo reporting system You can nominate one date or multiple dates.
Northern Beaches Friday 30 October **** Hours: 9:00am – approximately 4:30pm/5:00pm Unpaid break: 30 minutes Contractor per-scan arrangement: • Resting Echo + ECG hook-up • Stress Echo + ECG hook-up • Paid under ABN North Shore Friday 20 November **** Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Unpaid break:



30 minutes • One-day locum assignment • Hourly rate + superannuation • Philips and GE ultrasound equipment • Tempo reporting system • Mortara • Established private cardiology environment Illawarra Region – Ongoing Commencing Friday 25 September **** Alternate Fridays – ongoing An opportunity is also available for a Cardiac Sonographer seeking a more regular commitment in the Illawarra region.
• Permanent part-time or casual arrangement available • Competitive hourly rate • Regular alternate-Friday roster • Established cardiology environment • May suit someone looking to supplement an existing part-time role WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You will ideally have: • Current ASAR accreditation • Experience performing adult echocardiography independently • Stress echocardiography experience for assignments where required • Strong understanding of cardiac pathology • Ability to work confidently and independently in a private cardiology environment • Excellent communication and patient-care skills • Reliability and flexibility for locum assignments CHOOSE THE DATES THE DATES THAT WORK FOR YOU You do not need to be available for every shift.
We are particularly interested in hearing from sonographers who may have an RDO, occasional Friday off, annual leave, part-time availability or capacity to pick up additional days .
If you can cover just one of the advertised dates , we would still like to hear from you.
We also receive ongoing Cardiac Sonographer requirements across NSW and interstate, so even if these dates don't suit, you are welcome to register your future availability.
