We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of HP Operations to join our Human Pharma business in Australia and New Zealand reporting to the General Manager ANZ
n
This senior leadership role oversees the implementation of successful operations that bring together business goals, customer insights, and technological capabilities to meet business objectives and recognized customer needs.
n
You will lead and manage the ANZ HP Operations Team, empowering team members and functions to implement and optimise defined Go-To-Market activities in accordance with the regional operating model and roadmap.
n
Working in partnership with Therapeutic Area teams, including commercial and medical, and other business functions, you will ensure the timely execution of regional roadmap workstreams and activities relevant to ANZ.
n
As a member of the Regional Leadership Team and the ANZ Human Pharma Leadership Committee, you will identify shared opportunities, represent ANZ needs and work cross-functionally to improve business operations and customer experience.
n
This role offers the opportunity to lead transformation across customer engagement, business planning, campaign and content management, capability building, platforms, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead ANZ contributions to the regional Customer Engagement Model, delivering customer value and business objectives across touchpoints.
n
Oversee ANZ planning, forecasting and market intelligence,



translating trends into recommendations for Therapeutic Area teams and the Human Pharma Leadership Committee.
n
Coordinate and optimise campaigns and content plans aligned with customer and business goals, using existing channels and reporting outcomes.
n
Document business requirements and innovation opportunities for regional review.
n
Enable efficient end-to-end content management, from editorial planning to customer delivery.
n
Oversee ANZ capability building with the regional team to deliver the Go-To-Market roadmap.
n
Ensure compliance with healthcare professional regulations, the Code of Conduct, pharmacovigilance requirements, procedures and laws.
n
Drive collaboration across Therapeutic Area, Human Pharma, Medical, Sales, Marketing, IT, regional teams, group functions and agencies.
n
Lead and develop a capable, motivated team committed to delivering objectives and living Boehringer Ingelheim values.

Requirements:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
n
Proven people leadership, management, development and coaching capability.
n
Ability to conceptualise, develop, deliver and optimise Go-To-Market processes, tools, training and best practices.
n
Proven project management and change management skills.
n
Expert analytical skills with strong commercial and business understanding.
n
Strong customer focus, teamwork, result orientation and commitment to driving excellence and performance.
