AVEC is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery management of Project Services under an outcome-based service model. The role is accountable for service performance, governance cadence, demand coordination, delivery planning, risk visibility, commercial discipline and continuity of capability across multidisciplinary teams.

Roles and responsibilities:
n
n
Managing a team of approximately ******* consultants delivering technical services - architects, engineers, security specialists, project managers, and other project staff.
n
Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, managing stakeholder relationships and governance of the service.
n




Driving service delivery, continuous improvement and standardisation across multiple workstreams.
n
Overseeing consultant onboarding, resource planning, performance management and capability development.
n
Reviewing, coordinating and approving timesheets, coordinating invoicing, and ensuring accurate contract administration.
n
Managing client escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful service outcomes.
n
Monitoring commercial performance, including utilisation, SLAs, KPIs and overall engagement delivery.
