This role will see you working within our 80 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff - typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families.

Essential:Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residentsHas current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR CertificateCurrently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police CheckAbility to work across day, afternoon and night shiftsHold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsorDesirable: Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care SectorCurrently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS checkImportantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Integrity, Compassion,
