What You'll Be Doing: Conducting Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) inspections and audits in line with NSW regulations Providing expert advice on Australian Standards for essential fire safety measures Preparing compliance documentation and liaising with clients, councils, and certifiers Quoting works following inspections or client requests Contributing to process improvement and client development What We're Looking For:



Strong knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation and fire safety standards Proven experience conducting AFSS inspections and preparing compliance reports Ability to scope and quote fire compliance and rectification works Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset How to apply To be successful we would be looking for a candidate that is not only experienced in the above but who also presents well, has good communications skills and is customer focused and genuinely interested in working with clients.
