We're looking for an energetic and professional Receptionist for two days a week (Wednesday and Friday's ).
As the first point of contact for employees, visitors and guests for their Head Office based in Richmond, Melbourne, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant and seamless workplace experience.
What You'll Do Deliver exceptional front-of-house service and create a warm, welcoming environment.
Manage calls, visitors, meeting rooms, mail and couriers.
Support employees with workplace requests and administrative tasks.
Assist with workplace initiatives, events and team projects.
Build strong relationships across the business and collaborate with a passionate People Culture team.
About You Must have previous experience in reception, administration or customer service.
A natural people person with a positive, can-do attitude.
Highly organised with excellent communication skills.




Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
