We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and growing team.

What You'll Be Doing ✅ Answering customer enquiries via phone and email ✅ Processing orders and quotations ✅ Updating customer information in the CRM system ✅ Following up on customer requests and providing updates ✅ Working closely with sales, warehouse and support teams ✅ Delivering amazing customer experiences every day What We're Looking For ? Positive attitude and great energy ? Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, office or call centre welcome)



? Experience using a CRM or customer database system ? Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone ? High attention to detail and good computer skills ? Reliable, organised and eager to learn ?
