Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions to elicit and document business needs.

Analyse business processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Translate functional and business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, specifications, and solution designs.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

Design, develop, and support solutions leveraging .NET technologies, SQL databases, APIs, and associated integration frameworks.
n
Perform data analysis, data extraction, and validation activities to support business reporting, troubleshooting, and decision-making.
n
Create and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support application functionality and reporting requirements.
n
Develop and maintain system integrations using RESTful APIs, web services, and up-to-date data exchange protocols.
n
Analyse application architectures, database structures, and data models to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
n
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and business issues through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints during solution design and implementation.
n
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including process flows, solution designs, data mappings, and support procedures.
n
Support testing activities, including test planning, defect triage, user acceptance testing, and production deployment activities.
n
Ensure solutions align with organisational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
n
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex business and technical problems.
n
Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies and SQL Server database environments.
n
Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, data modelling, and data integration concepts.
n
Experience designing, consuming, and supporting APIs and system integrations.
n
Advanced SQL querying, data extraction, and data analysis capabilities.
n
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
n
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
n
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
n
Experience working within Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery environments.
