We are seeking an experinced Defects Foreman to join a well-established residential construction team delivering high-quality Class 2 residential projects across Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Foreman who has a strong eye for detail, understands residential construction and is confident managing defects through to completion.
The Role You will be responsible for managing the defects and remedial process across a Class 2 residential project, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team to ensure all defects are identified, rectified and closed out efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: Managing defects and rectification works across Class 2 residential projects Conducting detailed inspections and identifying construction defects Coordinating and supervising subcontractors through the rectification process Managing defect lists, priorities and close-out timeframes Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with project requirements Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and trades Assisting with final inspections,
