About the Role Limelight People are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Midwife to join a dynamic maternity team at a well-established private acute hospital in Sydney.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across the maternity continuum within the Labour Ward.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care for mothers and newborns.
This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional maternity care.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver midwifery care in line with recognised clinical standards and hospital policies Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate holistic care for women and newborns Provide direct clinical care within the Labour Ward Support women and families in making informed decisions about their care Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and care plans Promote patient safety through adherence to infection control and workplace health and safety procedures Mentor and support students, new staff,
