We're now seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Planner to join our agile team in our office located in Rivervale Office.
Responsibilities: Allocation of resources including personnel across shutdown and project works Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Workforce Planning Manager Assisting with mobilisation requirements to ensure crews are compliant About You: We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings a strong safety-first mindset to everything they do.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:



Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes / estimates Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Team player and capable of working autonomously Ability to work effectively under pressure Why should you work for Breight Group?
