The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our David Jones Pacific Fair store as a Concession Manager.
n
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of the concession, leading the business with confidence, commercial focus, and operational excellence. You'll drive performance, develop your team, and deliver a polished, premium client experience that reflects the world of Oroton.
n
This role is ideal for a leader with strong apparel experience and a passion for styling, fit, clienteling, and elevated service within a premium retail setting.

What You'll Do
n

Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
n
Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment
n
Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
n
Execute elevated,



on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
n
Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies
n

What You Bring
n
n
Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable)
n
Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable)
n
Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment
n
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
n
A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
n
Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
n
A positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
