ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for leading MESHKI's financial management function, ensuring stability, compliance, and sound strategic decision-making as the brand continues to scale globally. You'll partner closely with our Executive Leadership team to shape the financial strategies that underpin our growth,



while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for developing people and processes - someone who sees financial leadership not just as a function, but as a driver of the brand's broader ambitions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leading MESHKI's end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
Preparing accurate financial reports and board reporting in line with company standards
Monitoring cash flow, budgets, and foreign exchange (FX) strategies
Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
Overseeing accounting operations, reconciliations, and the integrity of the Chart of Accounts
Managing global tax compliance and the company's hedging programme
Owning the ERP/Finance stack (NetSuite) and driving automation opportunities
Overseeing payroll management, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations
Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to foster a high-performance culture
Engaging with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as MESHKI's key financial contact
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within retail, fashion, or DTC
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP/finance system
Demonstrated experience managing FX exposure and hedging strategies
A track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
Strong understanding of global tax compliance and payroll regulations
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to process improvement and automation
