The Role | Responsibilities

Actively approach & engage with our existing & prospective clients

Manage your own database of candidates & engage new candidates using our various tools & recruitment methodology

Consult with your candidates & clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process – delivery & results focused!

Continuously strive on growing your desk & seeking out new opportunities to gain market share & increase revenue
n
Add to the culture of the company & help shape the business for the future
n
Attend networking & industry functions – become part of your industry

Drive social media presence & engagement for yourself, your network & ECi Executive as a business.

Required Skills | Experience
n

Experience in external white-collar agency recruitment Essential
n
Exposure to the commercial and/or residential construction space. Desired.
n
