The Role:
n
We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an ANZ Business Project Coordinator to join our Integrated Supply Chain team at Baxter. In this role you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of network optimization initiatives.
n
Reporting to the Transformation Project Manager, you will assist in analyzing business needs, develop and implement project plans, and ensure seamless execution of projects across Baxter.
n

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines,



and budgets for network optimization initiatives
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication
n
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed to ensure flawless execution
n
Coordinate the implementation of network optimization initiatives, working closely with 3PL providers to ensure a smooth transition of operations
n
Develop and implement robust processes and procedures for 3PL operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
n
Develop and implement change management plans to reduce disruptions to customers and business operations
n
Communicate project plans, progress, and results transparently to collaborators, ensuring alignment and engagement
n
Provide regular project updates and progress reports to keep collaborators informed and involved
n
Ensure collaborators are well-informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle to achieve outstanding results.

Key requirements:
n
n
Tertiary degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management or related fields
n
2-4 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
n




Experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly with a focus on implementation and change management is desirable
n
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
n
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
n
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software, such as Manhattan Associates or JDE will be beneficial
n
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with collaborators at all levels
n
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
n
