Ideal Candidates Will Have Experience Working With
Epilepsy and seizure management
Autism and non-verbal participants
Behaviours of concern
PEG feeding and dysphagia management
Manual handling and transfers




Complex personal care and high intensity supports
Oxygen administration, respiratory monitoring and oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitoring
What You'll Bring
Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support
Confidence supporting participants with complex needs
Professionalism, reliability and initiative
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support
Clear and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively in a range of support environments
Strong availability across days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and active/non-active overnight shifts
