Key Responsibilities:

Health & Safety
n
n
Maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and systems.
n
Maintain compliance through our internal systems, directly managing inductions, and incident investigations
n
Fulfill the role of Safety Officer for any projects that Netco is involved with.
n
Coordinate emergency preparedness (e.g. fire drills, high-risk rescue plans)
n
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
n
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
n
Facilitate training programs and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness among employees.
n
n
Quality Assurance
n
n
Monitor quality control processes across all facets of the business operations.
n
Take responsibility for the maintenance and updating of our ISO system including Audit preparation.
n
n
·Fulfill the role of Quality Officer for any projects that Netco is involved with.
n
n
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO ****
n
Collaborate with all departments in the business to identify and address quality issues.
n
Assist in managing non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
n
Maintain documentation for inspection,



testing, and calibration procedures.
n

Assurance & Compliance
n
n
Ensure regulatory compliance with local, national, and international standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, API, etc.).
n
Maintain documentation, records, and reports to meet audit requirements.
n
Support certification and accreditation processes for the company.
n
Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure procedures are updated accordingly.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within a project style business or a
mechanical/industrial
manufacturing environment.
n
Robust knowledge of relevant health, safety, and quality regulations and standards.
n
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
Proficiency with MS Office
n
n
