Lead $15M+ fitout & refurbishment projects with a respected builder delivering high-quality commercial / workplace outcomes.

We're partnering with an established construction group to appoint a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major fitout / refurb projects (typically $15M+) from early planning through to delivery and handover.

The role
n
You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including:
n
n
Managing program, procurement, design coordination and construction delivery
n
Leading site and delivery teams (PMs / CAs / SMs / foremen as applicable)
n
Driving subcontractor performance, EOT management and risk mitigation
n
Commercial management: cost control, variations, reporting and forecasting
n
Stakeholder management across client-side reps, consultants and authorities
n
Ensuring HSEQ compliance and strong site governance
n

What we're looking for
n
To be successful,
you'll have:
n
n
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on fitout and/or refurbishment projects valued $15M+
n
Strong builder-side delivery background across commercial fitout, refurb, upgrades, staged works, live environments
n
Solid contractual and commercial capability (head contract & subcontracts)
n
Confident leadership style with robust communication and reporting
n
Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management, Engineering or similar)
n
