Job Description
n
We're now seeking a Service Manager to lead Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches across multiple sites in Auburn, Berala, Chester Hill, Parramatta. If you're a people‐leader who thrives on performance, compliance, community engagement and developing capability, this role offers purpose, variety and impact.

You'll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, these guide the way we support clients, our communities and each other.

In this multi‐site leadership role, you will:
n
n
Lead, coach and develop Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
n
Drive performance across all ESAs, ensuring KPI targets, placement outcomes and service standards are consistently exceeded
n
Oversee service delivery, workflow and client experience across multiple locations
n
Ensure full contractual compliance with Employment Services requirements, including audits, quality standards and documentation
n
Manage financial performance including forecasting, budgeting and achieving ESA profitability targets
n
Recruit,
induct and onboard new team members and manage performance through regular coaching and the Managing for Excellence framework
n
Build strong relationships with Services Australia, local employers and community partners
n
Identify operational risks, compliance issues and opportunities for continuous improvement
n
Promote a values‐driven culture grounded in Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together
n

Qualifications
n
To thrive in this role, you will have:
n
n
Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching, performance management and operational delivery
n
Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets, forecasts and financial KPIs
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Services Australia and community organisations
n
Ability to work to KPIs and lead others to deliver high‐quality outcomes
n
A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Employment Services Experience highly regarded
n
