Job Description
ClearView in Sydney seeks a Senior Operations Leader to run the Policy Maintenance team, ensuring effective delivery, risk controls and customer outcomes.

You will drive performance, coach staff, manage regulatory obligations and partner with Life Operations and Risk teams in a hybrid role.

The role requires 3-5 years of leadership in operations, RG146 desirable, and a strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
