Wesfarmers Health is seeking an Order Fulfilment Manager for the PM shift at our Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong South. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure customer orders are processed on time, in full, and accurately, supporting exceptional service delivery.
You will optimise staffing, train for peak periods, monitor productivity, and perform QA checks, while working with Inventory and Replenishment to improve picking efficiency and layout for safety and compliance.
