About the Role
We're looking for an analytical and detail-focused Commercial Analyst to turn data into clear actionable insights that support informed decision-making, drive profitability and sustainable growth. Working closely with Sales and Service Delivery you will play a key role in improving commercial performance, strengthening pricing governance and providing reliable and practical insights that support growth.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse regular commercial reporting, including weekly performance reports, forecasting, pricing, margins, renewals, uprates and performance commentary
Analyse key business drivers — including sales, revenue, margin, customer activity and pipeline — to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Support pricing reviews by assessing commercial viability, margin impact and approval requirements in line with our pricing guidelines
Manage renewal analysis,
uprate reporting and commission calculations, ensuring information is accurate, transparent and followed up on time
Support tender activity and existing account improvement by providing pricing inputs, margin analysis and clear commercial recommendations
Partner with Sales and Service Delivery teams to turn data into clear insights, dashboards and practical recommendations
Maintain reporting models, templates and business rules to support consistent, reliable and timely commercial reporting
About You
3+ years' experience in commercial analysis, financial analysis, business partnering or a similar analytical role
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret commercial and financial data and turn it into clear insights and recommendations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to present data in a way that is easily digestible
Confident working with stakeholders across departments, with the ability to explain data in a clear and practical way
High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy and commercial outcomes
