Essential Criteria To be successful in these roles, you will have:
A current driver's licence
Experience in employment services and/or supporting people with disability, injury or a health condition
Ability to meet KPI expectations while maintaining quality, person-centered service
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong relationship-building skills with participants, employers and community stakeholders
A commitment to empowering people to achieve their employment goals
Passion for inclusion, diversity and social impact
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team
