AIRWAY is seeking air freight coordinators to join our domestic and international operations teams. We're an Australian-owned business where safety comes first. The Role – Key Responsibilities
Safely screen, load and unload cargo
Operate forklifts and airside vehicles
Coordinate cargo movements throughout the terminal
Complete operational documentation and system updates
Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and equipment checks
What We're Looking For




Previous warehouse/logistics/freight handling/aviation experience (highly regarded, not essential)
Flexibility to work a dynamic and changing schedule
The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including manual handling
Minimum 12 months forklift experience (advantageous)
Safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic
A reliable team player with great communication skills
Licensing & Requirements
Current Australian Driver Licence with own reliable transport
Current LF Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC
Employment will be subject to successful completion of a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and police check.
