Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Home & Community service across the Central Coast region. You will provide one-on-one support to adults living in CPA group homes, helping them build independence, follow person-centred plans, and participate in community activities.
The role requires a NSW Driver's Licence, physical ability to assist with transfers, and availability for at least 3 days per week including some Saturdays.
