The Role
As a
Registered Nurse
at The Bays Aged Care, you'll deliver safe, high-quality clinical care during weekday shifts in our 90-bed residential aged care home. On a
Full-Time
basis, reporting to the Manager, you'll oversee overnight clinical needs, respond to changes in resident condition, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday on the AM shift.

What you will do
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
AHPRA Registration
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
