We are currently seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our Supply team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent: Supply, this site-based role operates on an 8/5, 4/4 FIFO roster.
n
We offer direct flights to site from Perth and Kalgoorlie, with the position based at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine.

About the Role
n
n
Goods issuing and receipting using the SAP Supply system.
n
Undertake daily reviews of spare parts holdings and update end users on availability.
n
Provide a high level of service to Warehouse and Supply customers at the service counter and across site, maintaining strong working relationships with end users.
n
Assist with accurate stocktakes of all inventories on a weekly basis.
n
Assist with the preparation of warehouse items for plant shutdowns.
n
Load and unload trucks as required.
n
Prepare inbound and outbound road and air freight.
n
Conduct deliveries across site.
n
Safely operate forklifts, including loading and unloading vehicles, and reconcile deliveries against manifest items.
n
Maintain general housekeeping standards.

About You
n

n
n
Previous experience in a supply or warehouse environment on a mine site, working on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) roster.
n
Sound written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a good level of computer literacy.
n
Experience in the transport, storage and handling of dangerous goods.
n
A solid desire to succeed, with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
n
A self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
n
Minimum two years' experience using SAP, including the Materials Management Module, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
n
Current Forklift Licence (LF) and WA High Risk Work Licence.
n
Current WA driver's licence, with a minimum MR or HR unrestricted licence.
n
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
n
Existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia (mandatory).
